  Any Marathon Runners here??

  my hubby and i have registered for our first 1/2 marathon.

  now, i have never been a runner, which is kind of scary.

  but i have been going to a personal trainer 3 days a week for the past 11 weeks, in addition to doing 60 min.

  just got off my treadmill... 3 miles my goal is a 1/2 this year. My husband has done many whole marathons but has not in a few years so he is helping me and I'm getting him to run again. My goal is 20 miles a week then 6 months of training. adding a mile to my long run eery other week...

  Maybe? If they feel like the preaching isn't working and they just need to protect the ones that are in... It would be funnyI think especially if they get some notice. Like this is the last year new ones or DF DA can come back. They will go mad trying to get there loved ones in. The elders would have to be more lenient on reinstatement... could be fun

  i can remember one pompous elder asking me "how can you be depressed after sittiing through such a wonderful meeting?!!".

  when i was a kid i liked all the attention I got when I had a talk or something. I tried as many have said to make myself feel refreshed but I always left feeling like i was worthless

  not the truth, liars for hundreds of years, such a lack of love, cruelty to those who do not believe any longer and to those still in, waste of a life, willful murder of children by not taking life saving blood transfusions, hyprocrisy, favortism, child abuse....etc....i hate it!!!!!

  that's a funny you tube made me laugh. will the seebears come out and eat me now? I hate the cult too! hate is a strong word and the pain is more directed to the CULT and not the people for me.

  some even feel that they need therapy to deal with it.

  had a breakdown last night and my husband said I should look into therapy? I think for the most part I am doing well. But from time to time it's like my entire life comes crashing down on me. I think I have spent too much time home alone this weekend, have not exercised enough and had too much to drink. I feel like I was hit by a truck last night.

  i just noticed that the dr phil show today (on at 3 pm here) is titled " parents are confronted by their adult children over alleged childhood wrongs".. should be interesting!.

  I'm in WV USA most of the congregation is move to where the need is greaters.... a hall near us closed down a few years ago.
